Monsieur Toast was born from a simple French obsession: the humble croque-monsieur, taken seriously. We bake our brioche fresh, melt aged Comté slowly, and press every sandwich golden — the way it should be.

Today, we open our first counter. Tomorrow, the world. One perfectly toasted bite at a time.
